Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Eden of England products. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used bath products cannot be returned.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Return

Contact us at hello@edenofengland.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it promptly.
