At Eden of England, every creation begins with the earth. We handcraft our products using certified organic ingredients, pure essential oils, and botanical extracts that nourish both skin and soul.
Natural Ingredients Many of the herbs and flowers found in our creations are grown, harvested, and dried by hand in our own garden. We avoid synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals.
Product Care Due to the natural ingredients used, please store your bath soaks and salts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their therapeutic properties. As with all natural products, slight variations in texture or colour may occur—this is a sign of their handmade quality.

Through my own struggle with chronic insomnia, I’ve discovered a few tricks to help bring on a good night’s sleep. A hot bath before bed, calming music, and reading which will lull me to sleep rather than keep me up turning pages into the wee hours. I’ve curated those experiences into a bath soak blend containing all things relaxing and sleep-inducing.
- Hot baths with epsom salt have been used for healing for centuries, as the magnesium content is thought to aid in muscle repair and a healthy sleep cycle.
- The seaweed in SLEEP is bladderwrack, foraged by hand from North Yorkshire shores. It is also packed with magnesium, as well as calcium, potassium, iodine, and other trace minerals. It contains fucoidan, a sulfated polysaccharide which calms inflammatory pathways. A warm soak in this seaweed may reduce mild skin irritation, redness and joint discomfort after a day of physical activity.
- Dried herbs of lavender to relax the mind and lemon balm, which has traditionally been used to calm anxiety. Both plants are grown chemical-free in my Northamptonshire garden and dried naturally.
- Cedarwood essential oil has been added to further enhance the calming effect. The cedrol in cedarwood is known to have sedative properties. One peer-reviewed inhalation study has shown cedarwood to reduce heart-rate and cortisol levels, enhancing parasympathetic activity.
How to use: Add a generous handful to warm running water, swirl to dissolve, and soak for 20–30 minutes. Breathe deeply, unwind, and let nature do the rest.
