At Eden of England, every creation begins with the earth. We handcraft our products using certified organic ingredients, pure essential oils, and botanical extracts that nourish both skin and soul.
Natural Ingredients Many of the herbs and flowers found in our creations are grown, harvested, and dried by hand in our own garden. We avoid synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals.
Product Care Due to the natural ingredients used, please store your bath soaks and salts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their therapeutic properties. As with all natural products, slight variations in texture or colour may occur—this is a sign of their handmade quality.

When my body is out of balance due to excess toxins—too much rich eating, alcohol, urban pollution—it yearns for a detoxification. And when my mind is out of balance due to excessive focus on negative thoughts or petty matters, I can bring it back to center with a mental detox.
Every January after an indulgent holiday season of mince pies and festive tipples, I yearn to cleanse the body and start the New Year fresh and full of energy. A DETOX soak is what I crave to warm and reenergize my body, to give me a lift from winter blues and to leave me ready for all the potential that awaits me in the year ahead.
- Two types of eucalyptus are used in DETOX, as it is a powerful cleansing agent. It helps to clarify the respiratory passages, enabling deeper breathing which is so necessary for regaining balance in the mind. The eucalyptus gunii is sourced from a eucalyptus tree farm in Kent as well as my English garden, all grown chemical-free.
- Himalayan pink salt is rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron, which improves the blood’s oxygen-carrying capacity and has been used for detoxification purposes.
- The dried rosemary and lemon balm are both grown in my Nene Valley garden. Rosemary is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds which are thought to help boost the immune and circulatory system, helping the body to flush out toxins. Both rosemary and lemon balm help to lift the mood and calm anxiety, helping to detoxify negativity from the mind.
- Essential oil of bergamot is added for its uplifting citrus aroma and anti-inflammatory properties.
How to use: Add a generous handful to warm running water, swirl to dissolve, and soak for 20–30 minutes. Inhale the refreshing aroma, exhale stress, and let nature’s purity revive your body and mind.
